We recommend wearing comfortable clothes such as pants, shorts, or leggings. Avoid wearing dresses or skirts as we will be muscle testing the lower legs and want you to feel as comfortable as possible during the session.

The number of sessions required depends on the specific issues you are facing and their depth. While you may feel benefits after just one session, it is important to keep in mind that some concerns may require more time and attention to be fully addressed and resolved.
We will discuss your concerns and goals during your first session, and create a plan that is tailored to your unique needs. This will help to give you an idea of what to expect in terms of the number of sessions required to achieve your desired outcomes. In general we see benefits with min 3 sessions.

necessary. In order to respect the time and resources I have, and ensure that I can accommodate everyone who would like to book with me, I have the following cancellation policy:
For cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, there is no fee.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, a fee of 50% of the full rate will be charged.
If you are a no-show for your appointment, the full fee will be charged.
I kindly request that you provide as much notice as possible in case of cancellation. This allows me to offer the appointment time to others who may be waiting for availability.
